Fran Fabbro, Encore Bank
Fran Fabbro is Vice President, Branch Manager of Encore Bank in Sun City Center. She has over 35 years of banking experience. Fran is married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She serves on the Board of Directors for Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce as well as Good Samaritan Mission and St Stephen Catholic School. In her spare time Fran loves to ride motorcycles, scuba dive, mountain bike and go to the beach.
Connie Huber, StateFarm Insurance
Connie Huber is originally from Manila, Philippines where she lived until the age of four. She relocated to Norfolk, VA and lived there through her college years. Connie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. After college she moved to Portland, Maine and worked as a telecommunications representative. Connie moved to Florida in 2005 and worked as an advertising representative for a free publication magazine until 2011. She has held the position as a Multimedia Advertising Consultant with the Tampa Bay Times since 2011. Her emphasis with the Tampa Bay Times is on selling print, online and newsletter advertising. Connie is very active in the community and currently is an Ambassador and holds the position of Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Sun City Chamber of Commerce. She has also been a member of the Sun City Center Rotary Club since February 2015. She is involved in the Chambers of Commerce for SouthShore, Riverview and Brandon. Her goals for the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce are to help each member showcase their business, maintain high membership retention and connect members with other members. Connie is also a Board Member of the new Family YMCA at Big Bend. In her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and decorating her home.

Steve Sciuga Sr is a local resident who has been in business in the South County area for more than 30 years. He is the owner of A-Plus Heating & Air, which is a State Certified full service HVAC company located in Ruskin, Florida. Steve attends all of our networking events at Sun City Center and is one of our newest Board of Directors at the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce.

Bryce specializes in business and corporate advisory services with a focus on finding clients the ideal office, industrial and retail properties on the South Shore of Hillsborough County. He understands that negotiating a commercial contract is a complex and challenging process that requires research and due diligence. Bryce works to locate the perfect property for his clients and manages the entire process, from negotiating the best contract to sourcing and procuring the right vendors when needed. With over 20 years’ experience in business analytics and producing millions of dollars in signed contracts, he excels at providing clients with business marketing information to help them secure the ideal property.

Don Guiley, A+ Hearing Center
Don Guiley is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and is the owner of A+ Hearing Center. He is State Licensed and has been serving the Sun City Center community for nine years. He and his wife Chris are committed to educating residents on the connection between hearing loss and dementia. Don believes in the power of networking and belongs to four professional networking groups.
Hal Jeffery, 7th Inning Stretch
Hal Jeffery was a member of the Cincinnati Reds baseball organization. He served 4 years as the Concert Promoter for Hee Haw TV, Southern Productions. He worked 15 years as the “Live Events” promoter and Pay Per View Agent for Titan Sports, World Wrestling Federation. The last 11 years he served as Youth Minister for Ruskin United Methodist Church and currently serves as Chaplain for the Sun City Center Emergency Squad. Hal has over 30 years experience hosting his own radio shows covering sports & music and also promotes concerts featuring Grand Ole Opry and Southern Gospel Artists.

Mathew Moody, Little Harbor Resort
Matthew Moody, a native to the South Hillsborough County area, has been with Little Harbor Resort for over 11 years, currently in the position of Director of Sales and Marketing. Matthew began in the hospitality industry by working at restaurants while attending college. After graduating cum laude with a degree in psychology from Saint Leo University, he saw an opportunity to integrate both fields, hospitality and psychology, together in the areas of public relations and marketing. He is a strong advocate of transformational leadership, in the workplace and in the community, and building relationships within the community with a grassroots approach. In his personal time, Matthew enjoys anything to do with the science fiction or fantasy genres (often jokingly referring to himself as a “self-proclaimed nerd”), hiking, traveling, and reading.
